This office is 100% messing up patients' infos. So many potential lawsuits. They mismanage patients' profiles and insurance information. I'm seeing an in-network psychiatrist though them, but I just got billed by them for an out-of-network doctor visit that's not my current doctor. I'll switch to a new service provider as soon as possible. AVOID THIS PLACE!
We gave them our insurance information (which is covered). After two years they sent us a bill for $2000. They hadn't rproperly billed insurance and are suggesting we are liable for their mistake. We are apparently going to court with them now. For a program that's supposed to reduce stress, they're causing a lot of stress!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE THERAPISTS AT ACACIA. I am part of the LGBT community and have had a SPECTACULAR experience here. It's hard finding a good fit for mental health support, but the therapists here have been wonderful to me. The office staff is fantastic and super great about explaining insurance benefits. I recommend this place to everyone I know.
The worst! Giovanni is a complete joke. Dr Robbyn is no better. This place should be investigated by the board. I am making a full complaint to the state medical board.
I found a provider on their website but the reception is claimed that only two of the seven providers listed on the website are available. So why list the others? Not to mention it took seven calls to get the receptionist to pick up. Waste of time.
