I love my therapist! But the cancellation policy is ridiculous. There is no room for emergencies in your schedule! There’s a $150 fee for your less than 48 HOUR notice!!! I am sorry I had something unplanned happen!

My therapist Brennan at mind health has been extremely professional and helpful. Once I moved back to the central coast, I needed some extra support and found it.

Very impersonal and uncaring experience. I started with them a few years ago and they were pretty good, but they got acquired by another company and the quality has gone downhill since then.

This office is 100% messing up patients' infos. So many potential lawsuits. They mismanage patients' profiles and insurance information. I'm seeing an in-network psychiatrist though them, but I just got billed by them for an out-of-network doctor visit that's not my current doctor. I'll switch to a new service provider as soon as possible. AVOID THIS PLACE!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE THERAPISTS AT ACACIA. I am part of the LGBT community and have had a SPECTACULAR experience here. It's hard finding a good fit for mental health support, but the therapists here have been wonderful to me. The office staff is fantastic and super great about explaining insurance benefits. I recommend this place to everyone I know.
