Dr. Goswami is a compassionate psychiatrist. She has extensive knowledge of medication therapy for complex mental health conditions and she has the humility to understand medication limitations. She allows me to take a lead in my treatment plan and she respects my choices. She provided therapy during a medication management appointment when she saw the need for it and I hadn't ever experienced this with a psychiatrist. It was very useful and pertinent to the situation. I've felt better since and that was weeks ago now.
I’ve been working with Hailey on my mental health medication management. In the past (20 yrs), I’ve worked with psychiatrist that are focused on the latest and greatest medications, not really listening to how I feel in my head. After the first visit with Haley I knew that I have found the PA I have been searching for. She REALLY listens thoughtfully and doesn’t make you feel rushed. She’s a blessing!
My Doctor at Mindpath has been very empathetic and quests to help me with my chronic anxiety issues. I can think of nothing better than my doctor's method of treatment. Absolutely extremely wonderful service, and ease of virtual doctor appointments.
I love MindPath! I have received the best services and results from the provider, Victoria Hills. She received my chart once I lost Maria to Duke and she’s continued the best services as Maria did. So thankful for MindPath.
There is no mechanism with Mindpath for patients to contact providers directly, which in my opinion is unacceptable and extremely dangerous. All messages have to go through other Mindpath staff who forward patient messages on to the clinicians. If your provider mistakenly prescribes the wrong med, good luck getting it fixed in a timely manner. Providers are allegedly required to respond within 48 hours, but that has not been my experience.
