Mindpath really needs to be more upfront and transparent about pricing. Being quoted one amount and then receiving a much higher bill afterward was frustrating and stressful. When you’re seeking mental health care, you’re often already dealing with enough challenges, and unexpected costs only make the situation harder. Love Mindpath Health! Great care and amazing employees! This morning I spoke with Tawanna, (I believe she works in the department that deals with prior authorization for medication). She was SO friendly, upbeat and helpful. She is the kind of person that would have a positive impact on a person's life. She deserves a raise and all the high fives! A++++++!+!

The clinicians here have been great. I have thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated and benefitted from my relationship with both of my providers here. However, as others have said, working with Mindpath has been a nightmare and they finally pushed me over the edge. Their portal refuses to ever let you make an appointment, calling them to make an appointment usually results is a voicemail and no returned call, and gods forbid you ever miss an appointment. While I am very happy with my clinician, He is the only thing about this place that's good in my experience. The office staff as well as any patient interfaces, apps and schedulers are not something I would recommend for anyone who wants a straightforward way to keep up with and schedule mental health appts. They do not make it easy to do anything except pay them, and even then make sure that they're not overcharging you. Some good doctors, but they are the most disorganized, unresponsive, poorly managed healthcare organization I have ever interacted with. I discovered why: They were bought out by a private equity firm, which has since pushed staff to increase profits at the expense of patient care.
