Update: Still waiting on the release of my health records. I received a written referral from Nicole Emery, the therapist I saw, and it’s completely useless. The language in it is grammatically incorrect, and it is unsigned. I asked my insurance if it was a usable referral, and they confirmed it was not. I called the office to ask for a new referral, and they acted like it was an impossible task. They mailed me the exact same referral again, still unsigned. My therapist has truly been a blessing to me. Love Mindpath Health! Great care and amazing employees! This morning I spoke with Tawanna, (I believe she works in the department that deals with prior authorization for medication). She was SO friendly, upbeat and helpful. She is the kind of person that would have a positive impact on a person's life. She deserves a raise and all the high fives! A++++++!+!

Mindpath really needs to be more upfront and transparent about pricing. Being quoted one amount and then receiving a much higher bill afterward was frustrating and stressful. When you’re seeking mental health care, you’re often already dealing with enough challenges, and unexpected costs only make the situation harder. Clear communication about pricing should be a basic part of patient care. Before scheduling my initial appointment, I was told that my cost would be $175. I absolutely Love my therapist Ted!! He's great makes me feel like a person instead of just a client number. Helps me get through my issues shows me easier ways to face my issues and I feel better after our sessions. We have a great patient therapist relationship n I'm looking forward to seeing him in the future.
