I’m very disappointed with the lack of consistency regarding my appointment. I specifically scheduled an in-person visit, yet I was repeatedly asked if I wanted to do virtual. I felt pressured to switch to a virtual appointment, after being asked multiple times (although I declined each time I was asked). If you are looking for a local office for in person appointments, do NOT consider Mindpath. I was looking for a psychiatrist with an office near me so I could have in person appointments. My doctor sent over a referral and I received a call saying my insurance needed manual verification. It took over 3 weeks to verify my insurance and allow me to make an appointment. Dr Birzie is a great physician he takes his time and makes you feel very comfortable during the session He is very knowledgeable on current medication and practices He is very kind and never makes you feel rushed. I highly recommend him
From scheduling to technical support to the care given by Doctor with expertise, my daughter has had a most excellent experience with Mindpath and Dr. Birze, who was highly recommended by her therapist. We are so grateful!
Met the therapist I still see today from here and was seeing a psychiatrist here. Unfortunately with automated messaging for refill requests I ran out of medication and left messages several days in a row. Never got my medication refilled, so I discontinued my business here. It’s unethical, in my opinion, to leave messages that go unanswered. I do not recommend this place. Wish me luck though withdrawal.
