Dr. Birze was kind and good to talk with but ultimately the initial intake appointment didn't reveal anything about myself that I didn't already know and the only options offered for treatment were unhelpful and not the right fit for me. A separate psychological evaluation was far more helpful for me and if I could do the months-long process all over again I would start there and only there. This is my second visit with Dr. B Ayers. He is “Amazing.” He doesn’t just let you rant about your problems. He gives logical advice and strategies to help you cope. I look forward to our sessions.

They DO NOT CARE! I had a session with them, the doctor seemed like her head was somewhere else. The session was booked for 1 hour and it only lasted 15min. They do not care about your actual symptoms or worries. Go somewhere else. Wish I had gone somewhere else when I need help.

Do not recommend they are shady and thieves . I scheduled an appointment on January 22nd for an appointment for January 23rd got the confirmation email Z literally 9 minutes later I canceled the appointment for the 23rd . I spoke with the representative got the cancellation email. Today I receive a bill for $100 I called the front desk and was told if you cancel before 48 hours it’s a fee . Not recommended. The Dallas office collected all of my insurance information and confirmed they accepted my insurance, and the doctor was also listed on my insurance provider’s website. However, after my appointment I received an invoice for the full amount. When I tried to call the phone number listed on their website for billing questions, no one answered. Very frustrating experience.
