My scheduled psychiatric provider was amazing from the first appt. She explained everything thoroughly, asked great follow up questions and spent the full hour understanding my history. She set out 3 medication options and was not pushy toward any. I have not tried the therapist option with MindPath but with psychiatry, I’m impressed.
Dr. Preeti Mathur has NO BEDSIDE MANNERS. She doesn't listen before cutting you off. She speaks down to you. I didn't feel like she even wanted to try to help me. She seemed to be judging me before I even spoke. She's not for you if you have traumatic memories that remind you of when youre a kid and have an adults who speak to you like you're dumb. I spent exactly 10 minutes with her to know. She was not a kind enough person to treat me. Now I'm currently crying because of how terrible an experience it was.
Dr Preeti Mathur is a wonderful practioner. She is thorough in her assessment and extremely accurate with diagnosis. She is very reassuring and empathetic to talk to. My experience is positive to be precise Outstanding. Great customer service by the front desk team! They were able to clarify all my queries on time.
My Dr is great . I'm kinda of a mess , lol . I have health issues as well , and he's concerned. My Dr ordered a annual blood work up on one of my meds . I've been on this med for 20 years , and no other Dr has ever ordered this test .
The new system after being bought out to confirm and must pay your copay or else you can't meet your therapist and get your meds is kind of ridiculous. People are great, but new company is lame.
