Very happy with Mindpath Health, particularly Dr. Preeti Mathur and her staff. Great communication and follow up, friendly and responsive, appointments done via Zoom, and works well with my insurance. Would recommend!
I have had a very good experience with Dr. Krishna Vijayasarathi. He listened to my concerns and charted a path forward for me. Through medication and future follow ups, I am confident in his treatment and hopeful for a better life.
My appointment started out well- my provider assured me that she had worked with many women during their pregnancies and that I was in good hands. Upon my second appointment, when I raised concern about a prescription she suggested I take my provider became cold, aggressive, and completely cut off my care. She made it known that if I wanted to take a different approach that I needed to contact another provider and completely rescinded her statement that she was comfortable with having pregnant women in her care. Long time customer missed appointment for first time due to family emergency. Received a call from Mindpath Re: missed appointmet. I asked if they would wave $50 missed appoint fee or I will be going elsewhere for my mental health. The receptionist argued with me say I need to take this up with billing. I said I'm taking it up with her. After more arguing, she evenly told me she'll be happy to charge me with that $50 late fee before I thanked her and she hung up on me. Needless to say I'll be seeking a new Dr.
Update: when you sign up for mindpath you are authorizing them to charge you 300$ per month. Even if you are disputing their service they will still charge it and wait til the next month to recup the remaining balance. Legally they may be fine but ethically not so much. Mindpath hurts hurt people looking for help TDLR: Was hoping for help with my mental health and instead was treated very poorly and billed for services that were not rendered.
