Dr. Bhandari is the best, I recommend her 100% she’s personable, non-judgmental and genuinely interested in my mental state of mind. She’s thorough, flexible, and she worked with me and my tardiness for about 3 years until we found the right diagnosis. She didn’t give up on me and always had a plan, I felt safe with her. She encouraged me to research the pharmaceuticals I was prescribed, a lot of doctors out here hate when you do that, she wanted me to be informed.
For someone who has phone anxiety, and lets the doctor know, and she still insists on phone appointments this doesnt really help the patient. Also was having bad panic attacks and she scheduled the next appt out for a month. I just wish she was more attentive
I’ll a patient at the Fresno location. They have great communication. Helpful staff. My doctor is professional, yet has a genuine care for my well-being.
I had a good first experiences with the psyhotrist but at the end of our session she informed me I needed to get off a certain medication.which i expressed thats what ive been trying to do and have no problem withdrawal from the med. Ive done it several times. She said I would need to find a different doctor if i didn't. Wow, threaten me at the end. Really great doctor. That's the plan, I don't need the threat. Very convenient. The staff there made it possible to work around my busy homeless schedule to make sure I received the mental health services I deserved. They made me feel like mw and my life mattered!
