We have seen a couple of practitioners at Mindpath Health, as it is one of the few practices that accepts our insurance. Dr. Lowry was inappropriate and, as other reviewers have noted, condescending. We switched to Dr. McManus, who has been adequate for our basic prescription needs. That said, the practice as a whole is structured in a way that prioritizes profit over patients. Dr. John Lowry is extremely condescending, rude, and disrespectful. He spent most of the time being argumentative, and unpleasant. I was looking for a good listener, not such an authoritarian and disrespectful human. He suggested I find two psychiatrists because he wasn’t willing to prescribe one of my medications. So according to him the “Other Psychiatrist” was going to prescribe the one medication he wasn’t able. I highly doubt the insurance company would allow that.

I was expecting too much from the zoom meeting. I need immediate help w/my special need son's behavior, yet we our having to do trial runs w/ meds.

Everything was fine. The therapist was helpful and I was excited to start this, but after two sessions, I was emailed, saying that my sessions had to change from four p m to 330, when I called mind path to ask why it changed, they told me and let them know that I can't do 330 because I don't get out of work until then yeah, and they really didn't seem to care.So now I have to start all over again. Which is very discouraging for me, because it took a lot out of me for me to be able to confide in someone

My therapist Ellen Quick has been wonderful. She's helped me identify and work through many of my issues while also telling me the hard things. I'm going to miss her help as I start a new journey in life.
