My appt was via Zoom and great- easy to connect, good connection, easy to see and hear provider. I really like my doc as well, very helpful, friendly, and informative. You get lots of reminders too so you couldn't possibly miss your appt.
My first experience with Mindpath occurred in 2020 and it was a total disaster. The doctor was so rude, hostile and indifferent that I walked out. In 2023 I started video calls with Dr. Nita Paintal, and the experience has been very positive and productive. She listens and approaches treatment as a collaborative effort with the patient. Her care, in combination with regular counseling sessions, has dramatically improved my ability to manage life. I'm a septuagenarian and have a much brighter outlook on life.
My Psychiatrist is awesome. She listens and makes good changes. I have improved so much since I began with her. I love Dr Paintal
Dr Paintal is very thorough, knowledgeable and a great listener. She asks pertinent questions, listens intently, then provides excellent input after going over al options. Our visits are extremely helpful and enjoyable for me. Thank you.
