I had been with another psychiatrist for almost a year but just wasn't comfortable or making any progress. After reading all of the profiles in this office I thought Ms Hoffman would be the best match. Office Staff has always been very helpful, appointment reminders are always sent, my Dr always is there for our Zoom meetings and getting Rx’s refilled has gone smoothly. They have gone out of their way a couple times to be sure I have what I need.
The staff and doctors have been courteous and very quick to help with scheduling appointments and answering my questions. I recommend them highly.
We have a good attention from the doctor sometimes late, however to receive any emails or documentation it is a total fail, we always have a problems to receive the letter form the doctors office. Receive a email or a file it is dessapointing.
Mindpath has knowledgeable Psychiatrists and NPs who are kind, compassionate, and keep up on current research. The administrative staff on the phone are always friendly, helpful, and there's almost never a wait to talk to them on the phone. I would recommend Mindpath to anyone needing psychiatric services!
