Why on earth would you ever give details of your therapy online? It eliminates the protections of HIPPA. This company won’t stop with surveys that are inappropriate.
Dr. Emory was very patient and listened to me really well. He definitely understood what it was I wanted and needed. I'm grateful he took my previous diagnosing seriously.
I had a great experience with my first telehealth appointment. Malia made me feel very comfortable and was easy to talk to. I felt that she understood me, and she was quite helpful. I am looking forward to my next appointment with her!
There were 2 outstanding problems with my experience with Mindpath. There were computer related problems and the appointment started 25 minutes late. While I can certainly understand technology difficulties no one contacted me to let me know the appointment was going to start late. When I called their helpline they had no idea about the delay and didn’t offer to contact the provider or find out the reason for the delay. Fortunately, my appointment was not cut short.
