Councelors are ok. But not the best. Becareful of their billing practices which is incorrect many times. To numerous phone calls to get billing corrected and still showing an owed amount that is unexplainable. Better find you a more professional councilor service.
The Mindpath administrative system is ineffective, unprofessional, and creates many barriers to healthcare access. Examples: (1) The website is full of bugs. (2) The website has a messaging system, but messages are either frequently not responded to, or the response is 'please call' (so, why have a msg system ). (3) The online scheduling does not work. (4) I've had many issues with my prescriptions being filled. (5) On many occasions a provider has been 15+ min late. (6) There are two payment websites - that can show diffe... read more
These kind, caring people instantly made me feel welcome to the facility. From the receptionist to the doctor and nurse, I felt so at ease! Thank you for this wonderful feeling! A girl can't find people of this caliper just anywhere! But hey! This is North Carolina, Baby! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
There were 2 outstanding problems with my experience with Mindpath. There were computer related problems and the appointment started 25 minutes late. While I can certainly understand technology difficulties no one contacted me to let me know the appointment was going to start late. When I called their helpline they had no idea about the delay and didn’t offer to contact the provider or find out the reason for the delay. Fortunately, my appointment was not cut short. I had a great experience with my first telehealth appointment. Malia made me feel very comfortable and was easy to talk to. I felt that she understood me, and she was quite helpful. I am looking forward to my next appointment with her!
