The nicest medical office I've ever seen--just walking in there and sitting in the waiting room was relaxing! Dr. Appel is a GENIUS and doesn't talk to you like you're an idiot, he talks to you like you're a doctor too which I love!! He's truly the best Psychiatrist I've ever seen and his office is amazing! If I need to see him, I drive 1.5 hours away to see him and am happy to do so in order to see him instead of any of the doctors that are closer, would recommend him to anyone!!
I highly recommend Settra Moore as a therapist! As a new mom, I've been navigating significant life changes, and she has been an invaluable support. Her professionalism, expertise, and compassionate approach have made our sessions incredibly helpful. She's provided me with numerous resources to aid in my journey. I was nervous about this appointment and experience. I have always heard negative feedback about these types of appointments and I went in with very low expectations. 1. I have had 5 psychiatric providers at Mindpath because they keep leaving. 2. Every time they give me a new provider they charge me outrageous new patient fees as if I was new to the practice. This is a scam. 3. It is nearly impossible to get someone on the phone at Mindpath 4. They don’t care about the scripts they write. My provider never put refills on file at my pharmacy and despite me and the pharmacy calling them and messaging them all day, Mindpath never called in the refill I’m out. As a 68 year old , this was first visit to a therapist , I had problems getting a full nights sleep, and some PTSD issues in dealings with my Uncle Sam My therapist was very supportive, easy to talk to , understanding. . I tried my pill to get a full nights sleep. OMG Slept like a baby all night.
