Love the Dr. who worked with my son on his ADHD, but the front office help is horrible. Refused to make an appointment for my son after we signed all the consent forms. My Son was going through an episode and clearly couldn't make an appointment, we needed help, at the very lease they could of directed me to a crisis center but all I received was a person who didn't want to help or direct me on who to call. So awful
Clinician Garcia was fantastic. Perfect for me and looking forward to seeing her again. Feeling good.
I’ve been receiving care from Elizabeth Suprak via Mindpath for 6+ months and I have nothing but good things to say. She’s helped me tackle my concerns with overall wellness which has not been the case with other providers. Elizabeth reviewed my labs and provided good insight in what nutritional (food/supplements) changes to try in addressing my concerns rather than throwing medication alone at my challenges. Worked with multiple providers here but ended up with Stephanie for med management. Bhumi was my therapist and both were fantastic and incredibly helpful. When I had issues with a previous provider they were willing to move me to someone else who fit much better, she after that everything was great. The receptionists have been amazing for the almost 2 years I have been going here - they always respond immediately to my portal messages, and they're really great at being proactive with rescheduling appointments.
