Both of my kids and I have been seeing Elizabeth Suprak for the last couple of years and she is fantastic. So easy to talk to and is genuinely a very caring person. Suffice it to say if she were to ever change practices we would move with her!
Office staff is incredibly rude. My doctor has cancelled numerous appointments same day while going through medicine changes that need to be evaluated monthly. Patients are charged with cancellation fees and are threatened if missed appointments occur they will terminate your care. Though the doctor can cancel multiple times on the same day with no issues. Patients are here to deal with mental health challenges yet they seem to care less. No one is considerate enough to even say have a nice day at the end of the call. I high... read more
It was very difficult for me anyway to set up and sign up with Mindpath. But I'm so happy I didn't give up or I would have never met Laura. Within the first few minutes I knew this was a person I felt comfortable enough with that I could release the pain inside that had left me in a position of seeing I had no future and no reason to continue in this life. After talking with her I knew I needed to keep her as a person I could comfortably talk to on a for ongoing sessions for an indefinite period of time.
Dr.Garcia is hands down the best Psychiatrist I have ever had. She has truly been there for me and my mother. I feel so lucky to have found her. Thank you mindpath!
Love the Dr. who worked with my son on his ADHD, but the front office help is horrible. Refused to make an appointment for my son after we signed all the consent forms. My Son was going through an episode and clearly couldn't make an appointment, we needed help, at the very lease they could of directed me to a crisis center but all I received was a person who didn't want to help or direct me on who to call. So awful
