While I am very happy with my clinician, He is the only thing about this place that's good in my experience. The office staff as well as any patient interfaces, apps and schedulers are not something I would recommend for anyone who wants a straightforward way to keep up with and schedule mental health appts. They do not make it easy to do anything except pay them, and even then make sure that they're not overcharging you. I may just be the unluckiest person here, but I've had cancellations twice when I needed care the most. Sometimes the office staff are friendly, sometimes not - regardless, they're not helpful. My provider is ok, but inconsistencies are having a negative affect on my well-being. Overall, wouldn't recommend. Edit 10/23: I'm not saying that Mindpath isn't capable of doing good and helping people, but I just read that they're owned by a private equity firm who's focus is growth and profit. My clinician Tony was the first person I’ve seen in years who I feel like is finally going to help me get better. So many people in the mental health industry are jaded and don’t treat you like a person anymore. I finally felt seen and heard. So relieved.

I give 5 stars for Dr. Taylor with the on demand she is great and actually listens and gives you the time of day. She gives you options and is not pushy and is kind and willing to work with you. No rushing. Like talking to a friend, and is definitely someone who enjoys actually helping people! I wish she could be my provider. I wouldn’t have to go elsewhere. Dr. Goswami is a compassionate psychiatrist. She has extensive knowledge of medication therapy for complex mental health conditions and she has the humility to understand medication limitations. She allows me to take a lead in my treatment plan and she respects my choices. She provided therapy during a medication management appointment when she saw the need for it and I hadn't ever experienced this with a psychiatrist. It was very useful and pertinent to the situation. I've felt better since and that was weeks ago now.
