I called to schedule a first appt with Dr. Newmark and was transferred to “Intake Dept” where I waited on hold 10 mins. I finally got “Michelle,” who talked a mile a minute and I couldn’t understand her. I told her I was a bit hard of hearing and that I’d record this to transcribe later but could she please speak louder and repeat herself? She spoke louder but again, too fast for me to catch.
