First off I want to give alot of credit to the front desk for their professionalism. Dr Holland is a dedicated therapist to his clients. He is insightful and caring. A gently approach with effective therapeutic skills and interventions. Dr Kristen Keen is a awesome Psychiatrist. She makes you feel comfortable and she listens to your needs and make the proper recommendations. She is easy to talk too and made me feel comfortable. Extremely extremely extremely disappointed! First appointment was supposed to be a video chat wasted an hour and a half of my time couldn’t get the call to go through. Rescheduled for an in person meeting scared vulnerable. I just went through a major crisis in my life over here trying to get a Psychiatric evaluation, the doctor said she was gonna have to refer me to another doctor due to my dual diagnosis. I am military and dealing with some issues. I have been going for a few months now and Aaron Diaz is absolutely amazing. I actually get to talk for a bit and he gives me feedback and asks me questions. Honestly 10 out of 10 when it comes to this place. Whether it is virtual or in person he still listens and gives me feed back. Absolutely amazing!
Unfortunately, to get a hold of anyone you have to first figure out the cheat code to the AI teleprompter as it randomly hangs up on you or sends you in a vicious circle jerk ending with you hanging up on it. The prompt also tells you to contact the local office but when you do the circle jerk continues with the teleprompt. The doctor has been well but have to look at other options as this chain is too large for itself right now. They have to address the infrastructure issues to accommodate their patient load. It was my first time there and I was very well received, from all the girls who work at the front desk to Dr. Jessica, who was very attentive and caring. I really liked her and recommend going and looking for her. I don't know the other professionals, but I've heard very good things about them.
