Terrible communication. Very rude people at the front desk with a lack of empathy that you would think is REQUIRED at a place dealing with peoples mental health. Cancelling appointments not even a full HOUR before they had been scheduled for weeks. As well as doing it on MULTIPLE occasions. Don’t come here if you value being treated like a human being and if your time is even semi-valuable. Honestly disgusting behavior when people’s livelihoods are on the line.
My initial telehealth visit was exceptional, so much better than I expected. Dr. Ahmed was congenial, personable, and of course, professional. I highly recommend Mindpath for mental health virtual care.
Dr. Kohli is amazing. She listens to my concerns and always comes up with a common sense approach to my problem. She is very patient and bright! It’s very clear to me that she is very experienced in her field of practice.
I highly recommend Dr Mahreen Almed, MD. We communicate through telehealth. She is very caring and a great listener. She always gives input as to medicine and self-care.
I made an appointment online and never received any sort of communication saying the appointment was not approved. I called on the day of the appointment to ask how to complete the profile prior to the appointment and the person on the phone was extremely rude. She didn’t seem willing to listen, cut me off in the middle of the conversation and transferred me to another line while I was still speaking.
