Do not recommend they are shady and thieves . I scheduled an appointment on January 22nd for an appointment for January 23rd got the confirmation email Z literally 9 minutes later I canceled the appointment for the 23rd . I spoke with the representative got the cancellation email. Today I receive a bill for $100 I called the front desk and was told if you cancel before 48 hours it’s a fee . I’m very disappointed with the lack of consistency regarding my appointment. I specifically scheduled an in-person visit, yet I was repeatedly asked if I wanted to do virtual. I felt pressured to switch to a virtual appointment, after being asked multiple times (although I declined each time I was asked). I was finally told the doctor would not be in town for in-person visits, leaving me no real choice but to accept a virtual option. I have been under Dr. B's aka Dr. Birze for a little over 3 years! I i'm going to rave about the patient's understanding and so much support that I get from Dr. B and MindPath! To those who are looking at psychiatric providers or any type of counseling I totally recommend them
Some of the worst therapists with the experience we have had trying to schedule. Cannot get appointments for weeks and they call you back on the day of the appointment and reschedule it a month later. Dr. Ayers and his front office are the absolute worst. Find somebody else.
If you are looking for a local office for in person appointments, do NOT consider Mindpath. I was looking for a psychiatrist with an office near me so I could have in person appointments. My doctor sent over a referral and I received a call saying my insurance needed manual verification. It took over 3 weeks to verify my insurance and allow me to make an appointment.
