My experience with Mind Path has been life changing. I’ve been with them for a little over a year and my mental health has improved significantly, I’m at peace with so much of my life and myself.
The office staff are efficient and polite. Getting an appointment is really easy when I make it after my appointment. Getting an emergency appointment is, understandably, a bit more difficult. I’m most impressed with Dr Trimmer. He has really made a difference in my life. He is incredibly patient; I’ve never had a psychiatrist stick with me for nearly as long. He’s dedicated to helping me.
Andrea is so professional and kind. She has a calming way about her which is nice in this type of business. She is very helpful and quick to return calls after she gets the correct answer. Dr. Trimmer is a wonderful doctor and the only one I will see. He is kind, patient, comforting, and very good with finding the right course of treatment without pushing meds. Excellent care, easy in person or telehealth and never an issue getting my prescriptions. I’ve been seeing Dr Pajouhi for years and she is an excellent psychiatrist.
Our previous Doctor is with Community Psychiatry, her name is Dr. Miller. She was phenomenal, always helpful, kind and a great fit for our family. HOWEVER, the billing department is an absolute disaster. I had to change doctors due to an insurance change, Community Psychiatry billed me for an appointment that we never had scheduled and never attended. I called them over and over to resolve the matter. I sent them chains of emails between myself and our doctor's assistant which showed the mistake. These were emails through th... read more
