I am very grateful for Dr. Bhandari and the Mindpath team. Scheduling is always easy, and I get reminders and calls if a sooner appointment is available. Elsa went above and beyond to help with my medication refill, answered all my questions, and made me feel truly cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Bhandari, Elsa, and everyone at Mindpath for their exceptional service and support.
Been going to them for a while, love my Psychatrist, Dr Bhandari! Very patient and concise, helps with my medication management. Today had amazing above-and-beyond assistance with Elsa, who works at the front office,. She helped me get info and solutions regarding my prescription filling when my pharmacy didn't help at all, which she didn't have to do. 100/100, they are amazing!

I feel lucky that I found a good psychiatrist. I contacted Mindpath and had 2 sessions so far with Dr. Shuara. She is caring and kind. I was unsure how I would like the telephone zoom appointment at first. It was actually pretty nice. I just started with mindpath to help me with medication maintenance because my primary doctor doesn't have the knowledge about psych meds. So far so good. I am very happy.
It’s sad that some doctors, or in this case Armine Hakopyanon NP, do not care about their patients. I should’ve known better as during our first visit … there was condescension in the air; she wouldn’t let me finish my sentences … she came across as rude. Speaking about almost losing one’s life shouldn’t be taken with a grain of salt. Nonetheless, today I called with an emergency and could not get a call back.
