I had a very good experience with Mindpath and specifically, Geraldine Dugan. Our appointment was very thorough. She was very kind and asked all the right questions for a first appointment. The process was very smooth to get started and her staff has been very good with communicating and getting back to me with additional information that has been needed. I definitely feel cared for as a patient. Highly recommend.
Dr. Cao is very attentive, patient, professional and takes the time to listen to my concerns. I feel very comfortable sharing my issues with her. The staff are helpful and if I have any questions they are efficient and helpful. Thank you, Dr. Cao & Mindpath.
Dr. Cao listens to my concerns and addresses all aspects of my mental health very blessed to have her in my life. She has helped me through and is still helping me through very challenging times in my life.
Report Dr Dugan for client negligences. I have called & email an unhealthy amount of times with no responses. It is disturbing and humiliating. Let’s see if this review gets her team to respond.
This place is a joke at returning calls and providing any information. They denied my prescription that THEY prescribed and cannot get people to actually follow up with doing things correctly
