I’ve been using Mindpath for my talk therapy and psychiatrist telehealth appointments for almost 5 years now. I’ve seen a few therapists who have all been great in different ways, but most recently was seeing Brittney Brinson who is lovely, kind, and very good at helping me talk through my thoughts and anxiety processes. Let me be very clear and say that people in this company violate HIPAA immensely. Please be careful with telehealth companies and never speak with their receptionist because she'll disregard your concerns and so will everybody. Also, Jessica Carter is the worst NP in history. Don't ever work with her because she will punish you.

I have been with Mindpath as a business for years and really appreciate their telehealth services. I have a great psychiatrist and therapist who meet my unique individualized needs. Cera Allred is a great therapist. I particularly like the resource to engage in EMDR virtually. Love this company and my support system within it! Would recommend.

This rating doesn't reflect the services I've received from my provider, but instead, the unyielding policies established by this institution to profit more and more from patients' needs. I've been working with my provider for many years now, and at some times, my provider has had to reschedule my appointment due to another matter taking precedent. This is completely understandable. I was seeing a psychiatrist for 4 years at another clinic. At the end of May, I was notified that they could no longer support me due to my provider leaving. I was only given a month’s supply of medication and was left to find someone new on my own. A Google search later and I found Mind Path. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the process was so easy! I had my telehealth appointment yesterday and it went well!
