I persist in choosing Mindpath Health because of the wonderful doctor who helps me. Also, the office staff who are polite and helpful in telephone calls. Not because of the log-in problems. Not because I have to use my phone for a zoom appt instead of my laptop because their system doesn’t send a CODE to my cell phone to verify my cell phone that I’ve been using for appointments for the last two years. Dr. Kimberly is wonderful. She’s easy to talk to, compassionate, and creates a very comfortable environment. I leave every session feeling relieved to some degree and more supported emotionally and mentally. She truly listens and makes me feel heard, which I deeply appreciate. I’m grateful for the care and professionalism she brings to every session.

We have seen a couple of practitioners at Mindpath Health, as it is one of the few practices that accepts our insurance. Dr. Lowry was inappropriate and, as other reviewers have noted, condescending. We switched to Dr. McManus, who has been adequate for our basic prescription needs. That said, the practice as a whole is structured in a way that prioritizes profit over patients. Dr. Kallas is a professional and exceptional Therapist and I appreciate his approach and willingness to give suggestions but also include me in on my therapy goals, plans and how I can become better at managing my anxiety and depression.
