My therapist Ellen Quick has been wonderful. She's helped me identify and work through many of my issues while also telling me the hard things. I'm going to miss her help as I start a new journey in life.
Run! If you ever need anything you’ll be stuck on hold for 20,000 years. These guys billed me a late cancel for an appointment they never sent me the address for. I showed up to the wrong address, they had record of that but haven’t adjusted my bill and are now terminating my coverage over this after sending me an erroneous bill every month for two years. I have waited hours on hold and spoken to no human beings. My psychiatrist is delightful though- I just wish he didn’t work here.
Excellent experience. The staff are particular polite, attentive, & patient. Dr. Lowry, my psychiatrist, saved my life & I owe a great deal to both him & the organization. 11/10, would recommend.
I had an excellent visit with Dr Holloway. She is very professional, sympathetic, and excellent listener and knows how to navigate and pin down your issue and assist you in resolving or highlighting it for you to understand why your feeling the way you are.
The Drs are great! The process of trying to schedule or change appts is a nightmare! If you have to leave a message with your provider, just forget about it. You sit on hold for extended periods of time to try to talk to the staff. Half of the time, after holding for 20 minutes, you get a message that they can’t take your call. No way to leave a message.
