Initial Telehealth consultation was great. But the rest of the service was terrible. Earliest scheduling for an assessment was 5 months out. That isn't necessarily the providers problem. But the communication, tone, and overall lack of concern was. The person I spoke to about scheduling was so short and robotic and unhelpful. I felt rushed off the phone. This is my first experience with a mental health professional. Mindpath has been a wonderful introduction to therapy. My therapist, Reba, has been incredibly kind, compassionate, and patient. I I’m glad I chose to prioritize my mental health with Mindpath.

My physologist Ruby, was really cool!😉 She listened intently , and showed much care and sympathy for my situation and and was very patient through my breakdowns and creates as I was trying to keep myself together in discussing my hurt and pain..🥺😢😫😭 she’s a really nice caring and compassionate therapist and I’m looking forward to our next session together!🤗😉🌷🌺 David

Scheduling is flexible. Jennifer Janhs is kind respectful with great listening skills. I am always reminded at least a week in advance when I have an appointment. Whenever I have a question, I enter it through the patient portal and I am almost always at the same exact day. I have only been a patient a few months but so far I don’t foresee any issues. So I give it a five star rating as of now. I don’t see it changing if things keep going the way they are.
