Scheduling is flexible. Jennifer Janhs is kind respectful with great listening skills. I am always reminded at least a week in advance when I have an appointment. Whenever I have a question, I enter it through the patient portal and I am almost always at the same exact day. I have only been a patient a few months but so far I don’t foresee any issues. So I give it a five star rating as of now. I don’t see it changing if things keep going the way they are.
Absolutely love Miss Davette! She’s so easy to talk to and always makes me feel heard. She listens to my concerns with care and provides thoughtful, knowledgeable feedback. Her energy is vibrant and she radiates such genuine compassion.
The psychiatrist Tracy Baltzel, was very inconsiderate to me and my time. She was either very late or did not show up to our appointments. I waited months to meet with her, was told I could do a phone call for the follow up by her receptionist, and then penalized for it when I was waiting to receive a call from her and did not receive it. My experience is like everybody else that was seen by Tracy Baltzell. She’s the worst. She’s looking things up and not listening to you. She cuts you off and doesn’t care. She’ll tell you to quit your job and spend your days doing therapy without helping you. She says she will send in prescriptions and never does. Then she has the nerve to charge a service described as “other” for over $1200 and when you ask why, her staff won’t send you any proof of you ever being seen by her.
