Initial Telehealth consultation was great. But the rest of the service was terrible. Earliest scheduling for an assessment was 5 months out. That isn't necessarily the providers problem. But the communication, tone, and overall lack of concern was. The person I spoke to about scheduling was so short and robotic and unhelpful. I felt rushed off the phone. Absolutely love Miss Davette! She’s so easy to talk to and always makes me feel heard. She listens to my concerns with care and provides thoughtful, knowledgeable feedback. Her energy is vibrant and she radiates such genuine compassion.

My experience is like everybody else that was seen by Tracy Baltzell. She’s the worst. She’s looking things up and not listening to you. She cuts you off and doesn’t care. She’ll tell you to quit your job and spend your days doing therapy without helping you. She says she will send in prescriptions and never does. Then she has the nerve to charge a service described as “other” for over $1200 and when you ask why, her staff won’t send you any proof of you ever being seen by her. My physologist Ruby, was really cool!😉 She listened intently , and showed much care and sympathy for my situation and and was very patient through my breakdowns and creates as I was trying to keep myself together in discussing my hurt and pain..🥺😢😫😭 she’s a really nice caring and compassionate therapist and I’m looking forward to our next session together!🤗😉🌷🌺 David

Scheduling is flexible. Jennifer Janhs is kind respectful with great listening skills. I am always reminded at least a week in advance when I have an appointment. Whenever I have a question, I enter it through the patient portal and I am almost always at the same exact day. I have only been a patient a few months but so far I don’t foresee any issues. So I give it a five star rating as of now. I don’t see it changing if things keep going the way they are.
