Waste of time and money on my first (and last) visit! I’m extremely unhappy with the level of care that I received. I had prepared a list of notes and concerns to talk through at my first appointment. As others mention, there is an extremely long questionnaire that first-time patients get badgered to submit prior to the appointment. Very disappointed. I changed jobs over the summer and had to get a new provider. Mindpath was in network. I spent 45 min filling out the online intake forms. My first appointment with NP Nai Saeturn was him asking every question on the intake forms for almost the entire hour. He did refill my meds and didn’t want to see me for several months (which I found odd since my previous psychiatrist saw me about every 6-8 weeks). I later found out he cancelled the prescription. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Psychiatrist Nai Saeturn was rude and dismissive within the first 2 minutes. Treated me like a checklist and not a person. Came with notes prepared and didn’t even get to talk about what I was struggling with….Asked me questions that I already spent 15 minutes answering online before starting the appt. Would tell me to shorten my answers and that we only had an hour. Every time I would go to talk I would have to think of the shortest thing to say to please him and his time slot. Ive been working with a Dr here for 5 years and he left the practice. There was no cutover plan and they just threw me to whoever was avalible and that person ended up not being anywhere near ready to handle my case. The Doctors here seem fine but my low rating is mostly due to the front desk staff who work here - truly awful rude off putting humans. Very simple and professional I like my psychiatrist even if I was new to telehealth but I like it and they have the option for in person if you prefer
