I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Stephen Signer for today at 12:30pm. I scheduled this appointment two weeks in advance. He never showed for my appointment. When I called the office, there was no one to take my call. When they returned my call, the customer support representative claimed that they attempted to contact me to reschedule and left a voicemail.. Surprised by the positive reviews - in this current day & age with apps and emails it’s impossible to get in touch with the provider regarding med changes and side effects. It’s been incredibly difficult to reach Heather; every time I ask the office staff, they say to email their generic inbox and I only hear back half of the time. Office staff was unhelpful and said the provider would respond “if she wants.” Their default is to have you wait until the next available appt which usually isn’t for a week at least, which feels ... read more

Very disappointed. I changed jobs over the summer and had to get a new provider. Mindpath was in network. I spent 45 min filling out the online intake forms. My first appointment with NP Nai Saeturn was him asking every question on the intake forms for almost the entire hour. He did refill my meds and didn’t want to see me for several months (which I found odd since my previous psychiatrist saw me about every 6-8 weeks). I later found out he cancelled the prescription.
