When I first started going to mindpath I had a good feeling about this place. Well,that changed real quick. After receiving a diagnoses and getting my first prescription. I needed my next refill. No problem until he put in the wrong prescription. $143. I messaged him and explained my insurance does not cover generic and he argued with me and the pharmacy and has refused to give me the name brand. Plus he missed one month. The billing department/insurance lookup person was trying to charge me more than what my copay said. When I confronted her about this she got mad and she said there was not going to be any charge this time that she was just going to send it to my insurance company. Which is okay with me because I know what my benefits are. Dr Brian Zachariah is one of the worst unprofessional inconsiderate doctors to be in charge of other people's mental state. After being in rehab and finally getting my life on track for the last 3 years he took away the one medication that was helping me stay sober. I did everything he asked me to do and he stripped me of my sobriety and did not take my mental health issues and concerns seriously because he was scared to lose his license. TOTAL FAILURE !!!! I would give 0 stars if possible!! My friend is now worse than she has been in years & left out in the cold since the so called psyciatrist is out for an "emergency" no word of how long - had ordered a genetic swab test which was sent in & have never received results & the office has NO clue how to get the results. REALLY??? Pitiful practice to say the least!!!!!!!!
They staff is courteous and helpful. My appointment was on time. I really like my Doctor. Recently switched to Psych+. The doctor didn't want to give me meds. Now seeing Dr. Nyberg. Love him
