This office barely picks up the phone, and does not return voicemails. The doctors infantalize you and treat you like a drug addict (Pamela Velardi) or cannot be bothered to submit medication renewals in any timely manner or respond to emails or voicemails regarding medication issues (Jonathan Koelle). They also raised their prices last year and it now costs over $300 per visit out of pocket without insurance. Don't go here for medication management.
I have been a patient since 2015. My treatment provider is Dr. Nita Paintal. She is so knowledgeable and takes the time to listen. The medications have been thoughtfully prescribed and have resulted in an amazing quality of life foe me. I’m grateful for her empathy and expertise.
I really appreciate my psychiatrist, Dr. Paintal. She is knowledgeable and caring. I feel seen as a person, and she has done a wonderful job tailoring my meds to best meet my needs.
The front office staff is friendly, the waiting room comfortable . I have seen Dr Paintal on video for a couple of years and found her to be just as helpful in person.
My appt was via Zoom and great- easy to connect, good connection, easy to see and hear provider. I really like my doc as well, very helpful, friendly, and informative. You get lots of reminders too so you couldn't possibly miss your appt.
