Horrible. I got the $560 bill faster than them contacting me back to answer my questions. To set this timeline, I had my first appointment July 10. 1. I uploaded my insurance and informed the front office that the insurance would be valid on 7/1/23. On 6/30/23, I received a voicemail from them while I was at work that my insurance wasn't valid yet.
