Run! The absolute worst! After 2 years of care, Dr Dugan dropped me with zero notice. And left me without a doctor or a phone call. Her staff never acknowledged my repeated emails or calls. I submitted a formal report. The level of negligence is alarming. And Dr Geraldine Dugan should not be in practice.
The office is super helpful and friendly. I really appreciate the kindness and patience of the whole staff.
I’ve just begun the process but already feel well understood and cared for. I look forward to the rest of the journey.
They are currently threatening to take my doctor away because for some reason my auto pay got shut off and my account fell behind a whole $45 and their billing department isn't replying 🙄 Edit: Apparently they are trying to charge me almost $300 for a month I had insurance despite me giving them the insurance information multiple times.
Very friendly and thorough. Would definitely recommend to others looking for psychiatric support.
