Mindpath Pleasanton has a serious professionalism problem at the front desk. Communication is disorganized, dismissive, and painfully incompetent for a mental health clinic. The staff act with unnecessary attitude and a lack of basic psychiatric awareness, which is alarming because delays and miscommunication in psychiatric care are not “minor”—they can cause withdrawal, crisis episodes, hospitalization, or worse. the worst psychiatrists who barely try, don’t care about your mental health, understand the system, and do the absolute bare minimum. The call center and support are terrible too, misunderstanding and relaying requests to my doctor i dont need
I had been with another psychiatrist for almost a year but just wasn't comfortable or making any progress. After reading all of the profiles in this office I thought Ms Hoffman would be the best match. Highly recommend 5+ I wish I had my therapists I have now years ago. She goes above and beyond and staff are very nice and welcoming.I want to thank them all from the bottom of my heart for actually caring,even call to check on me few times making sure I was ok. 5 + Stars 100%
Honestly, I am SO disappointed in Mindpath I thought I had finally found someone to help until I lost my insurance and they have the AUDACITY to charge $600 for a visit! It is disgusting and proves that the patients well being is not important to them what so ever! I had insurance and saw them for years(they prescribed me a benzo which you cannot stop taking or you will die!) And now because I don't have $600 I am at risk for seizures and probably death!
