My experience with Mindpath was, without question, one of the most unprofessional healthcare experiences I've ever had. My appointment was cut short in the middle of the session, despite the fact that I still had concerns I needed to discuss. Rather than listening, offering guidance, or attempting to help, I was essentially told to do my own research and find someone else. Would highly recommend. My health team is primarily from Mindpath and for adequate reason. They are superior with getting me the info I need and centering my needs and care. Dr. Peter Panagakis is SUPERB do you hear me??! lol....He just gets it and he gets it right. Quite frankly, he is the reason why I trust other doctors in this network.
Mindpath telehealth therapy is just what I need. Sometimes I just need to talk. Other times I just need to listen and have her clarify. And sometimes it's a combination of both. I feel heard, and respected. And these days thats alot!
I highly recommend Mindpath Health. I have multiple chronic conditions and have dealt with at least 20 or more different health groups in my time and Mindpath is very well run. You can get a person on the phone and if they can’t help you they get to someone who can.
