I've only had one appointment so far and my first appointment with my psychiatrist went really good. He was understanding of my past and what I'm dealing with currently and put me on the correct treatment plan. I can only pray things don't change over time with my psychiatrist as I am doing really well and would like to continue staying well. But the first visits gets 5 stars. Excellent experience, great doctor. I am fully satisifed with the service and the telehealth visit. The doctor took the time to get my history and asked quality questions to get a better understanding of my current health. The visit was thorough and I felt like I received the best care.
Dr. Reddy is my psychiatrist, he is very attentive, listened to my history and asked me questions that help me to understand why I have insomnia. He prescribed a new medication and I will see Dr.Reddy in 2 weeks for my follow up appointment.
I am so happy with the help I am receiving from Mindpath Health! I came here after being disgruntled with my last psychiatrist, and it is a world of difference. Dr Rogachevsky not only took the time to get to know me, but to also help explain and breakdown what I am going through. He has lovely demeanor and made me feel like I was truly being heard. The few times I have had to speak with the office staff they have been super friendly and helpful as well!
The office staff are polite, professional and efficient. Always a good sign in a medical office. The doctors are very good. Thank you!
