Absolutely amazing staff. Can't say enough positive things. Super easy to call and talk to a live person. Office staff is incredibly helpful.
Update: mindpath will send you to collections and threaten you with credit strikes. If you need mental health care use anything else. Their local office will refer you to awful people and their billing office is unaffiliated and uncaring. Update: when you sign up for mindpath you are authorizing them to charge you 300$ per month. Even if you are disputing their service they will still charge it and wait til the next month to recup the remaining balance. Legally they may be fine but ethically not so much. This was my first in person visit and I felt it went very well. We discussed issues with my medication and came up with different options to explore which I appreciated. I felt that my doctor listened to me and I walked away, feeling positive. There was very little wait time, and the overall experience was good.
Dr Welby is a patient and caring provider who truly listens to you. He provides an excellent plan to follow to help you.
Amanda Selman was thorough, knowledgeable, and started me on the path to finding the right tools for me. She is friendly and focused!
