It’s always nice to see/talk with Dr Lee. She is aware of my feeling and up to date with all my medication information.
I had an excellent experience with Mindhealth. I didn't have to wait long for an appointment, and they booked the followup right away. The care provider made me feel seen and heard. She asked pertinent questions and offered inciteful advise about the prescriptions I'm already taking. I feel confident moving forward with them.
I call and a person with a non friendly voice mention that no appointments available.
Trying to set up appointment for family member. After 20 minutes on the phone giving personal information to someone in a noisy call center who struggled with speaking English, was told, "we are not accepting new patients." Seems like a scam. Avoid!
After years of struggling I finally found someone ( Tamara) who cared. She got me stable and we are now in one of the best spots that I’ve been in years. This place has great office staff as well. When you call they are quick to respond. I’d like to say Tamara saved my life thank you.
