Lacking customer service and common sense skills specifically the young lady working the desk/phones today 3/26/25 at 11am. She interrupted me multiple times while I tried to explain to her why there is miscommunication over the course of multiple days, intentionally was unhelpful and didn’t answer the phone once she saw I called again to let her know that the insurance line she referred me to was not in service. Great experience so far! My doc has been attentive, actually listened to my issues, and has prescribed some impactful meds so far. It has been easy to get into appts as well. Highly recommend! Update: Yet another great experience with Dr. Shannon Peterson! She listens with compassion and understanding and then prescribes the needed medication. She asks good questions. I'm just very impressed.
Had a great first appointment with Dr. Singh. Looking forward to continuing my care. Update- Just finished up my TMS treatment and everyone was amazing! Dr Al-Daher and Jayalee and Mira and everyone else were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend!
I always have a great experience with Dr. Al-Daher. She’s always kind she knows my background and has never given up on finding the right dose for my Mental Health concerns. There was a small hiccup Where I had to wait a little longer than expected in the private waiting room, but that was cleared up and everything is great Thank you, E M
