I honestly don’t know where to start. I started seeing a provider who I will not name this year in May. I will use “they” to refer to this one provide. I was immediately diagnosed within one appointment with bipolar disorder. I was put on a medication the same day as the appointment. To no surprise, it seems like there’s been an extreme drop in quality based on these reviews over the last few months, which is exactly my experience with this clinic. My therapist was fantastic, so it’s unfortunate I’ve got to part ways. This company is borderline predatory with its no-show charges. Even worse, I’d say, is the administration. While it was easy to get immediate help, the billing structure and terms were not transparent. After receiving an unexpectedly large medical bill and speaking with other providers, I realized they were scheduling unnecessary appointments and double-billing my visits. My new provider, on the other hand, has been very understanding about the cost of care, worked out a fair payment plan with me, and maintains an appropriate appointment cadence. I felt taken advantage of by mindrx

After scheduling an appointment, I filled out the forms that were immediately requested. I was later asked to fill out more forms. And more forms. Often times the forms included questions that I had already provided answers for. The last round of paperwork was 44 pages long of information that I had already provided, then after waiting 10 minutes for my appointment to start, the meeting was abruptly canceled because intake paperwork was not completed. Karen Schaaf helped me to be diagnosed with A.D.D. She helped me to gain access to resources and books. She assisted me in navigating my new life and helping me understand my I am the way I am. I was disappointed, however when she was a no show for my last appointment with her.
