Absolutely highly recommend! The whole process of being able to self refer, for them to get authorization from my insurance, to schedule my first appointment was seamless, quick and easy. The cherry on top is I adore my provider Allie! She is easy to talk with and a great provider that really listens with an empathetic ear. Highly recommend to anyone seeking care. All of the thumbs up! :)
I've been working with Salim for my PTSD, depression, and anxiety, and he's been awesome. From the start, I've felt super comfortable with him. He really listens and takes the time to understand what I'm going through, offering advice that's easy to follow. The personalized support he provides is just what I needed, and I've noticed some great changes since starting with him. If you're seeking someone who genuinely cares and knows how to help, Salim is the one to go to. Highly recommend!
They make it very simple and straightforward to manage virtual appointments. I have continued seeing the same Dr from my initial visit. He listened to every concern I brought up, and asked me plenty of questions to piece it all together.
The most disorganized mad house I have ever had the displeasure of discussing my case with. They fail to notate a single thing in any form of a chart what so ever. When I had a personal objection about being required to have a card on file when my insurance has no required copay and they had the ability to send me a paper bill in the event of a no call no show I calmly cancelled my appointment.
