I have been a patient at MindRx for the past two years and am incredibly grateful to have this option. With busy schedules, it can be difficult to find viable mental health treatment, and being able to utilize telemedicine is truly a game changer. I loved my doctor. she helped navigate my direction of medications choices and gave me options so I could do what one felt more comfortable. Very genuine and really wants to help you achieve what you came for. Nice comfortable. But the catch is the huge bill if you don't make it to appointment you basically have to pay the full amount still. But very nice and genuine people tho, I wish she was on my insurance
This establishment came to my rescue just after I moved to the area from across the country. My doctor was more than happy to meet my needs which were much more than the average new patient. Every time I call, someone picks up the call and if I need to reschedule, they do not give me a hard time. This firm works within my schedule respectfully. The doctor I see is great. MindRx can’t bill correctly to save their lives. I’ve been billed incorrectly every month this year and they’ve tried to bill me for past visits that insurance paid and they cashed the check. 8/7/26 Update - After the owner reached out to me I thought billing would be taken care of. It hasn't been. They've now tried to bill me twice for a service that they were paid for by insurance. There is a check proving they cashed it and I've still been billed. I came to mindRX when I was experiencing a mental health crisis and looking for answers. Stephanie Schabel was compassionate, informative, and most of all extremely helpful. She listened to me and helped me find a medication combination that worked for me as well as an IOP program in less than a month. Her availability was very open and she was also willing to email with me if I needed extra support or had questions.
