I was a very loyal and dependable customer for many years, until this past winter when I was in the hospital and realized I had forgotten to order heating fuel and when I called I was told that they couldn’t get there for over a week, I couldn’t take that chance so I was forced to shop around. Have been using Miner for less than two years on their automatic delivery. Called due to running out of oil at 7:30am and again at 9:30am to see if they can come out and fill the tank. they let me know they would have to prime the tank as well. I appreciated her telling me and agreed and gave her our code to our house, they did come and fill the tank but came in the dark so they were not able to prime the tank.
