I recently switched my unit with ease thanks to Amber. I’ve been a customer at the San Leandro Hesperian Blvd location since 2014 and have no plans on moving my stuff anywhere else. The staff there has always been helpful and accommodating.
So this review is long overdue, but Teresa and Amber are really quite exceptional. They know people. They get it. They're helpful, sincerely. They both actually helped me setup an online account in order streamline the monthly bill paying experience for my father, with whom they are also warm and helpful. Really a surprisingly high quality level of service.
They can't get their payment system to work despite me going to the office to make sure they had all the right information, and the listed phone number doesn't work. Since these owners have taken over, they have raised the rent fees twice!! Now they don't want to do what they are supposed to be doing with the monthly payment
Don’t store your belongings here! We rented a space in the outdoor RV section and were forced to flee when an angry, aggressive renter (in the space next to us) cursed, made racist insults about us and threatened to beat us up! Mini Safe Storage did nothing about the situation and didn’t even bother to respond to calls or emails about the situation. Not a safe place at all. What a bad experience!
