While I have not yet rented a unit, I have to comment on the service received from the manager on duty Miss Shandrea. She was extremely helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. She was polite and professional and we are looking forward to doing business with Mini Storage Depot.
Shandrea explained everything wonderfully from pricing down to showing the size unit I would possibly need. I thought she was the property manager on how she handles the business and carried herself (which she should be). If you’re looking for a clean air controlled storage this is the spot to rent from with excellent pricing! Leave Public Storage alone like I did.
Shandrea is such an amazing, friendly person and has incredible customer service! Very pleasant and enjoyable to speak to and went above and beyond trying to help find the best solution for my situation.
