Prices were great!! The guy that set up everything for me was great also!! He was hepful, patience and went overboard with great customer service! I would recommend mini storage depot in fairburn to anyone. It's super.clean and climate.controled You cant.ask for anything more. Kyle is a super employee!
Sha’Vonne at Mini Storage Depot is truly one of a kind! She’s not only knowledgeable and kind, but also one of the funniest people I’ve come across. Every time I stop in, I know I’m going to leave smiling. She makes the whole experience feel personal and welcoming—like you’re family, not just a customer. If you’re looking for great service with a genuine touch, she’s the one!
I don't like to leave negative reviews but my experience today has been so ridiculous that I don't have a choice. I'm moving out of my apartment today and came to pick up a UHaul. I had an Uber drop me off at 9:45 am for a 10:00 am pick up. I have been standing at the door for nearly 30 minutes. No one in the office. No one answering phones. There is a sign that says "out on the property". Moving is already stressful enough. This has been really disappointing...
I had the pleasure of working with Kyle he was very polite, informative, and made the process of me renting both storage and u-haul smooth. The atmosphere was very welcoming! Highly recommend for safety and also cleanliness
I was diverted here, when the original place I scheduled a truck suddenly didn’t have any 10ft trucks. It wasn’t too far out of the way, Sha’vonne was great and HELLA helpful! The facility was very clean, presentable and they even had Easter treats! They definitely cater to the customer here, I would use them again!
