Great experience with Mini Storage of San Anselmo, from start to finish. Lorenzo was very helpful and kind throughout my experience there. He happily walked me through the various units that they had available, and helped me find the best deal for my needs. He assisted me with payment when I was having trouble with the online payment portal, and when it came time to move everything out of my unit, made the process very quick and seamless. I’ve had many storage units and this is the most professional, friendly and well run ones around. Lorenzo is a champion, cares about his customers and runs a tight ship. Highly recommend!
The place was convenient, and for the few years we were there the staff was always very friendly and accommodating. Fortunately for us we no longer needed the storage space. Would 100% recommend to someone else. Forgive me if I get the name incorrect, but Marcelo always made the place feel welcoming and friendly.
We found this storage location to be clean and well run by the Manager Lorenzo. It is a convenient and well priced place for our short-term needs.
