The acupuncture soundbath experience was absolutely incredible! I see Ashley regularly for acupuncture treatments as well. She’s down to earth, makes everything easy to understand, and always leaves me feel blissed out. 10/10 always will recommend
Said is amazing! He is so knowledgeable and helpful with any issues I may come in with, and I can’t recommend Minnesota Integrative Health enough for all of your acupuncture/massage/cupping needs. Also the infrared saunas are great especially in the cold winter.
Best massage experience I've ever had, Tylyn was absolutely incredible!! Immediate pain reduction and my body feels like it's 16 again after a massage and fire cupping session with her. Most dramatic changes in shortest amount of time I've experienced and truly epic people!
I started coming here last December and always leave feeling well taken care of. The space is warm and inviting as well as the staff. All of the practitioners I have spoken with are very knowledgeable and each have a unique approach to bodywork. I have mainly booked cupping and traditional Chinese medicine appointments with Said and enjoy the holistic approach he has taken with my health concerns. I would absolutely recommend trying one of their services.
I can’t recommend Eli at MN Integrative Health enough! They were recommended to me by a friend, and now I see them almost every other week. Eli is incredibly skilled — their deep tissue massages are the best I’ve ever had. They are very strong, intuitive, and take an individualized approach every session, always checking in to target the areas that need the most attention.
