Very relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. The service I had with Autumn for facial Gua Sha and cupping was amazing. She is so pleasant and extremely skilled in her craft. Very knowledgeable and such a sweet disposition. Then I booked a last minute community acupuncture with Jordan and I had the best rest. He listened, asked all the questions and got to work. I have been seeing Ashley at MN Integrative Health Studio since October 2024. She has truly changed my life, and I don’t say that lightly! I first started seeing Ashley to learn more about my hormones, hormonal acne, and cycle regulation. We focused on acupuncture, cupping, and herbs. My cycle was regulated within a few months. Tylyn is amazing! I did a 60 minute fire cupping/gua sha/lymphatic drainage massage along with a 30 minute facial gua sha and the whole experience was just wonderful! Tylyn did a great job explaining the process and what she was doing and was really just an overall pleasant person. The space was clean, quiet and a perfect setting for relaxation. I would definitely recommend this place for TCM services
I love MN Integrative Health Studio so much! Everyone here makes you feel welcomed and a part of the community. I’ve been going to the community acupuncture and always look forward to being in the care of Aniela. I always leave the session feeling better than I came in. I really appreciate the opportunity to attend the community acupuncture sessions so I can afford to get my health back in order.
I have been in pain ( level 8 to 10) with hip for 6 months only to find out it was herniated disc. 1 treatment with Larissa and I am feeling better like 3 to 4 pain. Better sleep and less over the counter meds. Still have to get a spinal injection but life is already better. Thank you so much. Update, I split through the night without waking up in pain for the first time in months. I am mad at myself for stopping, but so glad I am back getting the care I need from Larissa. I cannot thank you guys enough.
