It was so nice to be in a quiet, private place to rest during a layover after a brutal red eye flight. Also, shout out to Monique at the front desk who was wonderful in accommodating me. She had a very polite and empathetic attitude, was thorough and communicative, and was able to provide me with a discount on an additional hour with the room. The extra hour also made me eligible to receive a complimentary travel accessory kit, which was a nice touch. I personally found the experience worth the price.
Been to a lot of MinuteSuites but never this one until now. Very close to the bathrooms and an Auntie Anne's, right next to a Be Relax, with WiFi and Netflix. Us weary travellers appreciate the nice welcome and easy check-in that I got with Zakaya. These places are saviours during long layovers. I got a SOLID 2 hours of sleep, and that was 2 more hours away from germy strangers coughing and sneezing at the gate. Well worth the money, especially with the Priority Pass discount.
The staff member who assisted me was wonderful. He was kind and helpful and quick. The room was pretty good. There was no Alexa like I thought there would be and the couch looked pretty worn. However the pillow and blanket given was good quality and it was nice to disconnect for a while during a busy travel day. Overall good experience.
My flight was delayed for 7 hours so I got a room. I’d rather be comfortable than trying to find places to sit in the airport. The staff were amazing and helpful. I revived a room with a great view of the flights, a good tv and nice place to chill while I wait for my flight. Trust me this place is worth the money.
Had a 2 hour layover and was relieved to discover Minute Suites in ATL. I was able to book a private space to relax, rest, and recover as I awaited my next flight. Minute suites also offers the option of private bathroom and even shower in some of their locations. The above was all made possible and enjoyable by the help of Smiley who greeted me, checked me in, and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable, and that my experience was great and business was appreciated.
