I missed my flight from NY to Sarasota with a connecting flight in ATL. Concourse B. It was late last night. I had no choice but to try out minutes suites for the first time. I was excited to spend an overnight stay. Well the staff was great. I had no suitcase, mine was on its way to Sarasota. So I had no charger for my phone. She found one for me. That was a Amazing. The staff member who assisted me was wonderful. He was kind and helpful and quick. The room was pretty good. There was no Alexa like I thought there would be and the couch looked pretty worn. However the pillow and blanket given was good quality and it was nice to disconnect for a while during a busy travel day. Overall good experience.

The best thing when you have a long layover especially with a toddler or baby. Sometimes you can’t even hardly walk through the airport here so to be able to get away from that was amazing. Booking was simple and easy. Our family was able to chill out, lay down, and watch tv. We had no trouble with it being clean.
