I’m not sure who does the hiring at these locations but I have very rarely experienced such rude, lazy, worthless employees as at both Minute Suites in the B concourse. I walked up to the location at B16 and waited 10 minutes for someone to show up. When they did, I asked about availability. She very curtly said that they were full. I asked about the other locations in the airport, and she shrugged and said I had to walk over there to check. Wish I can give a 0 star if I could. I don’t know who’s the hiring manager but they need to reconsider their hiring process. We could tell the person who was working at the check in counter around 11:30am on the New Year’s eve definitely didn’t want to be there. I understand where she came from, but you didn’t have to ruin someone else’s too. Conveniently located near Gate B23, this lounge was perfect for a quick stop. I accessed it with Priority Pass and got an hour free. Ideal for work—had some important meetings and appreciated the privacy. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a good option for a short break or power nap, but paying full price might not be worth it. Better if accessed at a discount.

I mean this is never your first choice. But when our flight was delayed at 1230a and rescheduled for early in the morning making the hotel voucher silly with transit and security times and we were desperate we paid $340 for 5 hours. Well actually we paid for 5.5 but the staff person told us the wrong checkout time and there was no confirmation email and in my exhausted state of don't notice until now. Is it comfortable? for me, towels and basics like hand lotion in a rent a shower place like Minute Suites make or break it. body wash was ok and towel was scratchy and ragged....it did the job but 30$ for a shower , towels should be full and soft. shower room appeared pretty clean minus a lil soap scum near the temperature dial. no basic things like toothpaste or hand lotion. front desk gal Amari was a nice host. B16 Minute Suites does not have showers.
