I had a fantastic stay at Minute Suites near ATL B24 today. Kathy at the front desk was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable experience. She helped me reserve my time slot, prepared and cleaned the room, and made sure everything was perfectly set up for my visit. Kathy's warm hospitality made me feel welcomed and respected throughout my stay.
We walked up after our flight cancelled after substantial delays at 1:45a - online showed availability but not able to complete booking. We waited for 10+ mins for the worker. She waved us off saying it was “full” then told us the MinuteSuites in F was available but we needed to reserve online & pointed us to QR code. Again, this QR code showed availability at the location we were standing in front of… so we asked. She rudely answered that the app wasn’t up to date, they were “closed” and it wasn’t her problem. Fantastic experience! There’s a shower for $10 and a small room with a sofa, blanket and pillow. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend for a long layover or a quick refresh!!
Absolutely horrific stay at the B24 minute suites. The person at check in was rude. We get in our “suite” which is a glorified closet and it was 75 degrees. We ask her how to control the thermostat and she says it can’t be controlled. Within minute of being in there the temp got up to 77 degrees. It finally cooled down after 3 hours. The restrooms are apparently only available if you pay $20 to take a shower. Otherwise, you have to walk down the concourse to the public restrooms. So the point of this place was to sleep but couldn't accomplish that due to noise of people walking by in the airport, noise at the customer service desk. You might as well save your money and sleep in a gate that is not crowded. There was no blanket or pillows. Not the worst part. Attendant was not even close to being friendly. She didn't know how priority pass work, she didn't tell us a time we had to be out by, just banged on the door and said we are pass our time, which was never given.
