Horrible, don’t waste your time trying to find this place. Staff is extremely rude.
I had a perfect stay at the Minute suites in terminal B. Michael was the attendant and he was friendly and calm and it’s exactly what I needed after a stressful morning/day of traveling while waiting for my next flight. Not fancy, but perfect if you need some privacy and time to recharge.
So the point of this place was to sleep but couldn't accomplish that due to noise of people walking by in the airport, noise at the customer service desk. You might as well save your money and sleep in a gate that is not crowded. There was no blanket or pillows. Not the worst part. Attendant was not even close to being friendly. She didn't know how priority pass work, she didn't tell us a time we had to be out by, just banged on the door and said we are pass our time, which was never given. Meh. Seemed a bit disorganized and there was nothing in the room - had to ask for a blanket and was never given a pillow. Selected this location b/c I needed the shower option after 36hrs of travel, but it wasn’t the cleanest (there was urine left in the toilet from the previous guest!).
They rescheduled my original appointment and made me wait for half an hour. The front desk attendants are impolite.
