I spent about 5 hours here and found it very comfortable. I woke up feeling refreshed. Luckily, there was a free spot when I arrived and asked, but I would definitely recommend booking online in advance because it can get quite busy. I had a comfortable night. The sofa bed was decent, and I was glad there was a pillow and blanket provided. It did get quite cold at one point. Extremely Disappointing Experience at Minute Suites, Concourse E – Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport During my July visit, I experienced difficulties using my Priority Pass app to locate and book my reservation. Rather than offering reasonable assistance, staff members made the situation unnecessarily uncomfortable. Our experience at Minute Suites at the Atlanta airport was terrible, especially considering we paid almost $250 for 8 hours. The sofa/bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. It honestly felt like trying to get some rest on a wooden table. Unfortunately, we were also kept awake by an alarm that went off at least 10 times during our stay. The clerk didn’t seem to notice because she was wearing headphones. To make matters worse, the bathroom was disgusting. This was a life saver! We had a 7 hour lay over and having a place to lay down and take a quick nap before our next 5+ hour flight was amazing! The rooms were small but very comfy! Alexavier at the front desk was very helpful and went out of his to accommodate our needs.the price was also quite reasonable. I would 100% recommend staying here if you have a long layover!
