Excellent facility. The young lady at the front desk on Sunday, July 12 around 6:30p was so kind and helpful. Felt immediately welcomed and could tell the rooms and restrooms were consistently cleaned. Thank you so much. I was not feeling well and really needed a place to lie down. Both the Sky Club and the Centurion Lounge were very busy so I decided to stop in. I’m so glad I did.
I fly standby and I got bumped of my flight there wasn't another flight until the next morning so I decided to check out the minute suites. I was well pleased with my experience. All the staff was very nice and helpful most especially Zakaya.
This is my quiet place to rest after a long flight, and before my connecting flight home. Even if it’s only for one hour of sleep I feel so much better, refreshed and ready for my next flight. The front desk people that work here are so nice and friendly. I always feel so welcome. At E concourse Jerome always greets me by my first name and that makes me feel so special. Minute suites were right on time for our 4hr layover. Jerome provided excellent service and was able to get me checked in with ease. The shower was nice and hot (separate fee), the provided towels and the gift bag if you book 3 or more hours. They off military discount and American Express. The beds are not plush but they serve their purpose for long layovers when you've been traveling all day. The beds are not full size, think more like a daybed or cot.
