TLDR: steer clear. I felt cleaner and more relaxed waiting at the terminal gate seats than in here. It would be more disappointing if we had paid for this unpleasant experience, but it was free through priority pass. Sometimes, free things aren’t worth it. The rooms are comically small and had a layer of grime. It felt like a set, a casting room. I was too worried to touch anything as I felt like I would get even dirtier. The rude hostess (with red braids) only added to the awful experience—she belittled and was impatient ... read more
I stopped by this store to get bottle water before boarding my flight. The price on the water bottle is reasonable so that's why I purchase it here. You can get room temperature one or one that is cold. The only issue I experienced here was they couldn't give me my receipt. The computer just wouldn't print it and they couldn't find it in their system. I needed the receipt for work so they just printed me one out but it doesn't show my credit card number.
This was my first time visiting, and I wasn't even aware of its presence. While exploring the surrounding area, I came across the location and sought more information. Ravin was extremely helpful, displaying empathy and kindness. I decided to stay for a couple of hours and was satisfied with the experience, as I was able to get some much-needed rest. Although the room is tiny, it is equipped with everything necessary for relaxation, including a television.
As someone that frequents Minute Suites when traveling, I really enjoyed my experience. The rooms are clean and much more spacious than other suites I’ve been in, it’s quiet, and Ravin was an amazing host. Because it’s not quite as busy as the other Minute Suites in ATL airport, this will be my go-to location for future flights.
First time i’ve ever been to one of these Minute Suites. I was pleasantly surprised and was even able to get a quick nap in. It’s basically a bare bones room with a sofa/bed, a TV and a little desk. Some of the rooms have windows, but most do not and the good thing is they even provide you pillows and blankets if you ask for them. It’s definitely quieter than going to an airport lounge and if you have a long layover, it might be worth it to rent it for a couple hours to get some sleep.
