Absolutely horrible. Staff was fantastic though. We fly overnight, the train was shut down for maintenance, we had to walk for 45 minutes to get to the right terminal and the floor would have been more comfortable. You can see in the pictures the sofa has boards in the middle that dig into your sides. I also have an injured knee and need to sleep on one side. I couldn’t because the sofa was so worn and slanted, I would fall off the surface. Just miserable.
