It was great for what it was. My husband, two children and I arrived at 1am and had a long connecting flight leaving at 8am. I'm so glad that they were able to accommodate us because it saved us the dread of sleeping sitting upward on a chair at the gate. First and foremost I have to say that the service we received from Amanda, aka Tinkerbell was amazing! You do not find great customer service like that often! What a neat concept, and what a friend staff member who was there tonight. She quickly gave me the rates, showed me a room, discussed how soubd resistant the rooms are, explained how to extend the stay, showed me where the lights and white noise controls were and let me get to sleep. I had my own travel blanket. I didn't ask if there are blankets available. The staff member did offer a pillow, which was very helpful

First staff was amazing and VERY helpful. We stayed overnight bc we had an early flight and didn't want to deal with TSA in the morning. The room met my expectations (simple but couch pulled to a trundle so me and my 2 kids were able to sleep (tight but we did) Overnight you can access the bathroom in the hallway which was convient for me (with kids). I was shocked how great the pillows were and that I could adjust the room temperature. If you are expecting a hotel, this isn't for you BUT if you want to be able to relax ... read more

Waited half an hour only to be told blankets aren’t allowed for a one hour stay. Absolutely bogus Edit: response to owners reply- either you are extremely uninformed, mismanaging your business, or flat out lying. Many reviews have raised this same issue and your response is always that it is “not your policy.” Having read these during my stay I explicitly asked the staff member if this was really your policy and they confirmed directly. Amazing service! Amanda treated me like her own son and I couldn’t have felt more loved! She yapped with me about random things to make me feel at ease.
