This is such a fantastic idea to have in an airport. Having a place to lie down and get away from the hustle and noise of the rest of the place can really do wonders for getting your mind straight. The front desk was really nice. Reservation and check in is easy. The rooms are about what you would expect - they are small. There is a desk, a couch, and the bottom comes out as a trundle. It was definitely a good location to have a great nap when needed, like cases of missed flights. However, the receptionist told me that the shower 🚿 at this location was not working, and I could only use the shower if I booked at the atrium location at the airport. I would advise that the staff always inform new customers of a list of services available aside from the bedding service. Also, there should be some frequent discounts and considerations to slightly reduce the $50/hr service

What an amazing option! We had a 4 hour layover in Charlotte, and this Minute Suite was worth every penny!! I was able to sleep while my daughter watched a movie. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet and even had dimming lights. The bathroom was nice and so clean. I will look for minute suites anytime I have a layover!

Flight ran 10 minutes late, sign was up saying no one there. Waited for 15 minutes. When they came back, said they had given my room away. Nice enough place, but need better staffing.

Overpriced, $65 for 1 hour is ridiculous. Plus speaker noise inside the room that can't be switched off. Shower is extra charge of course. In comparison, 8 hour stay in the terminal hotel in Seoul with full amenities is $68 total.
