It was great for what it was. My husband, two children and I arrived at 1am and had a long connecting flight leaving at 8am. I'm so glad that they were able to accommodate us because it saved us the dread of sleeping sitting upward on a chair at the gate. Doing a same day turn off a red eye to pick up grandson for 3 week RV trip. Was running on empty on hour 22 and i saw the minute suites. Counter lady was pleasant and got us into our suite in 5 mins. Got 2 hits of rest while the grandson played video games in their high speed WiFi. A win win all around.

I walked up for a last minute booking at the D/E minute suites in Charlotte. Marquise was friendly and accommodating making sure my family had everything we needed. The room was quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend this if you need a place to relax within the terminal.

This is a life saver for people with medical conditions. Our flight was delayed from 11 pm to 5 am so this was the best alternative than laying on the floor at the terminal. The time was too short to mess with trying to get a hotel. Great concept! The people at the DE Connector were extremely nice and understanding. Will definitely use this service again when needed.

I travel a lot and sometimes have a couple hour layover from redeye flights and this is the best Minute suites I’ve used so far. Staff was friendly and quick to get me in a suite. It was very clean and I really appreciate the clean pillow and blanket. Will definitely use again.
