Loved my stay here!! Marisol was sooo amazing!!! She set me and my puppy up in the alamo room and we were able to rest and reset before continuing our long travel day. I was originally only going to book one hour but Marisol asked how long we’d be waiting and after telling her it would be 8 hours she was able to help accommodate us for 4 hours!! Would definitely book here again if i’m in a pinch. Thank you Marisol!!
Stayed at Minute Suites during a long layover at IAH and it was a great reset. The rooms were extremely clean and quiet, the staff was super friendly, and check-in was easy. I unfortunately had to spend 10 hours at the IAH airport and the Minute Suites were just what I need for an escape from all the noise . It was quiet, clean and comfortable. The girl at the front desk was very kind and got me in a suite I less than an hour. Highly recommend if you need a quiet escape 😅
Consistently this Minute Suites has several hours of wait time before a room is available. Today over 2.5 hours, a week ago over 3 hours wait. I frequent IAH airport and I have Priority Pass. This benefit is nearly impossible to use due to extensive wait times.
Excelent experience. Though the bed spot is monimal and could be added like a proper sleeping couch, it delivered what I needed. Then the shower and the cleaningless of the bathroom was on point. This is great for travellers with a long layover that need a good reset overall. The stuff ladies were phenomenal. 🙏🤩
