An absolute lifesaver when stuck in a travel nightmare of delays and cancellations for 30 hours. The lady running the place was kind and sweet. The rooms are clean. No sheets, but that's because folks are here for an hour with quick turnover so it makes reasonably easy to keep clean. Shower exceeded expectations - nice shower head, plenty of towels, simple but had everything you needed. It's not a five star hotel nor does it pretend to be, but it is an absolute lifesaver for stranded passengers with long layovers to keep th... read more
Really bad. I booked 4 hours. Rivas woke us an hour early by mistake. The whole reason for booking was to get a shower. They had no towels. They did not tell me. I bought a $50 towel at Rip Curl, but no credit for the 30 minute walk to get it. Though, I did get $3 off of the $20 shower. Nice. Stay away!
This was an amazing experience! We had no idea that Minute Suites was a thing until United told us about it for our layover. The one thing we were not fond of was not having a restroom and the women's restroom is a bit of a hike however we were able to leave our luggage in the room while we went out and grabbed something to eat. The "daybed" is more of a couch but it does sleep 2 people and it's $55 an hour and totally worth the peace and quiet! Definitely booking in the future!
This is absolutely ridiculous. I came up to the minute suites with my Priority Pass, and the woman actually asked the people behind me how long they were staying because they were staying for a long time. She actually let those people go to a room before me. The worker was a shorter woman with brown hair, and this was the absolute worst experience I have ever dealt with. I will be trying to contact. This is beyond unacceptable
Two words. Nightmare and beware. So, I booked what I thought was a reservation on their website as I was looking for a place I could shower at the Houston airport before a 14 hour international flight. I went on their website for the first time, put in my date and time, and it told me it would be $34 for two hours. I had to rush and haul myself over two terminals to make my "reservation time." When I arrived, no one was at the front desk for at least ten minutes. When someone did arrive, she asked me for my membership inform... read more
