Loved my stay here!! Marisol was sooo amazing!!! She set me and my puppy up in the alamo room and we were able to rest and reset before continuing our long travel day. I was originally only going to book one hour but Marisol asked how long we’d be waiting and after telling her it would be 8 hours she was able to help accommodate us for 4 hours!! Would definitely book here again if i’m in a pinch. Thank you Marisol!!
I spent a couple of hours at Minute Suites in Houston and had a great experience. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed to relax and recharge after 30 hours of traveling. A special thanks to Marisol, who was friendly, professional, and courteous throughout my stay. She made the entire experience even better with her excellent customer service and attention to detail.
Hoped that this would be our saving grace during a 7 hour layover overnight at IAH. When we arrived we were told we’d get a small discount because they didn’t have any blankets or pillows. Later when I went to use the shared washroom and found drops of blood on the toilet seat, it at least made me thankful we weren’t using their blankets and pillows. Highly over-priced. And since IAH appears to be a ghost town after 10pm, just grab a table for work or stretch out on some seats. Do yourself a favour and just say no.
Had a long layover at IAH and decided to book a room at Minute Suites. Definitely worth it. The room was clean, peaceful, and gave us a chance to rest without dealing with the noise and crowds in the terminal. Staff was welcoming and made the process super easy. Traveling with kids can be stressful, so having a quiet space to recharge made a huge difference.
Excelent experience. Though the bed spot is monimal and could be added like a proper sleeping couch, it delivered what I needed. Then the shower and the cleaningless of the bathroom was on point. This is great for travellers with a long layover that need a good reset overall. The stuff ladies were phenomenal. 🙏🤩
