I paid $30 for a 30-minute shower here after spending 16 hours on a plane. I know that’s an expensive shower but trust me, it was worth every penny! 😉 My connecting domestic flight was so much more enjoyable feeling fresh and clean! I think they recommend reservations but I was able to just walk up and book the shower immediately. They also have private lounges/beds available by the hour. Will definitely keep it in mind next time I’m in Terminal 4.

Since my wife and I were planning a flight to Asia which included a 19 hour flight from JFK to Singapore, we knew we’d need to freshen up beforehand. So, we booked a 30-min shower room from this place. Located the the international terminal. We saw lots of people walk up to try to get a room who were turned away. Seems they book up fast, so make sure you make a reservation way in advance. Employee was friendly and made sure the room was clean. Room was nice enough with a shower that can hold two, a toilet, and a sink. They p... read more

Staff is not friendly and they need training to know how to politely welcome guests. The language they use lack professional welcome Also during check out they act weird as the agent and her manager seemed surprised to see us walking out and both had to check if we are checking out. Overall, they should undergo more training as it seemed they are good but not trained well to welcome guests. Room is ok

I booked a room to get 2 hours of sleep as I had a lay over of 6 hours. They offered me a discount, which was nice but I had NO SLEEP AT ALL. The crew kept going back and forth and the door slammed at each time. The room I was in, the Tribeca room, was located right across from the exit/entrance door that leads to the corridor. I had a very bad experience for the 90bucks spent. I was really looking forward to at least an hour of sleep....

The sofa is portrayed as sofa-bed but in reality it’s just hard and uncomfortable small sofa. It is NOT soft at allllll. Also, I couldn’t even fit inside the sofa. Also, the air condition was hot and cold the whole night. It was very unpleasant and unenjoyable experience I had this time. If you are planning to get a decent night’s sleep then there is no difference between this and the chairs outside. Especially for the price that I paid for this.
