You can’t count on them. I called them to check for availability as their site was acting up and I was told to hold as soon as they answered. Then…Nothing. So I walked all the way to them just to be met by a sign saying they are on a break. Then a women begrudgingly came as asked if she could help. I asked her about access, she told me it didn’t matter because they were all booked, She didn’t look at a computer or anything.
