I paid $30 for a 30-minute shower here after spending 16 hours on a plane. I know that’s an expensive shower but trust me, it was worth every penny! 😉 My connecting domestic flight was so much more enjoyable feeling fresh and clean! I think they recommend reservations but I was able to just walk up and book the shower immediately. They also have private lounges/beds available by the hour. Will definitely keep it in mind next time I’m in Terminal 4.

I came here to buy a quick snack, but the lack of staff members(only one working) left me and other customers waiting about 10-15mins. She was helping one customer check into the suite and took her sweet time. There was no sense of urgency for the customers who were waiting. I get that checking in someone in a suite takes some time, but why sell snacks if you don’t have the staff capacity to help your customers?

Paid $33 for a 30-minute shower. While inside, the shift changed and the new staff asked me to leave 15 mins after I started. To be clear, I was scheduled at 8pm. I arrived 2-3 mins before 8. The staff must've intended to enter 7:55 but probably entered 7:45? So at 8:15, someone was banging on the door for me to leave. When I explained that my schedule is at 8pm and I arrived probably 7:55 (I am being generous here, it's more like 7:58 if we're really counting), she wouldn't hear of it, because that's what the system says. Staff needs to be trained on how to treat customers. There were people buying snacks and the lady said I will be back because I am cleaning . You don’t want people to pay? I asked her to use the suite and she said I am cleaning and won’t have anything available unless you have a booking. We are paying and would like to be treated well for that. Won’t recommend.

Since my wife and I were planning a flight to Asia which included a 19 hour flight from JFK to Singapore, we knew we’d need to freshen up beforehand. So, we booked a 30-min shower room from this place. Located the the international terminal. We saw lots of people walk up to try to get a room who were turned away. Seems they book up fast, so make sure you make a reservation way in advance. Employee was friendly and made sure the room was clean.
