Brittany was great. The whole experience was nice. It was better than any Admirals lounge. So worth it to lay down for an hour when my flight was delayed.

So I’ve seen these Minute Suites at various airports, but I had never tried one. Our flight was delayed today, so my wife and I decided to pop in for an hour to relax and kill time. We were pleasantly surprised. A comfortable sofa was perfect for watching an episode of a show on the good size tv on the wall. There was also a desk in case you need to get some work done. When my flight got delayed for several hours, Minute Suites was a lifesaver. The private suite gave me a comfortable space to rest and get work done away from the noisy gate area. I accidentally booked the wrong location, and the staff were incredibly accommodating in sorting it out for me. Excellent service all around. I highly recommend for anyone needing a quiet place to relax or be productive during a layover or delay.

Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. They were great! Facilities were straightforward and clean. An upgrade might be to have a toilet within the greater suite.

Had a great experience at Minute Suites. I was in a rush to get into a meeting, and Lisette handled my check-in quickly and efficiently, no hassle at all. The suite itself was wonderfully quiet with fresh, clean air, exactly what I needed. Thanks, Lisette!
