I can’t put the words online of the disgraceful work that was done by Minuteman plumbing. In particular Will. Unprofessional. Unqualified. They are like handyman not plumbers. It’s a shame what’s happened to plumbing companies today Take them to court. His mind is effed up. He tries to tell me it’s another piece like the trap, and not nothing to do with it. I come from the family of licensed construction workers, plumbers, concrete layers, etc. when I suppose plumber tells me that he can’t cut the pipe because he doesn’t want to burn my house down, and it clearly there are 5 inches of pipe, I am very suspicious. He also did not fix my leak. Trying to get them back here is Becoming a real hassle that’s why I’m writing this message. It’s been two weeks already and it’s still not fixed and I’ve already paid.
Don’t hire them. I hired them. He didn’t fix it right they’re not competent. I still have a leak and he didn’t put the piece on right he doesn’t know how to solder copper pieces. This is not plumbers. These are handyman. You can do the job yourself better. he tells me that he can’t get into reach the pipe because he doesn’t want to “burn the house down”. Is that something a plumber should tell you?? The people that work for this company don’t know how to be plumbers
Are you freaking tired of hiring people that are incompetent? Well I’m starting to tell everybody about it. Do not hire Minuteman plumbing. The prices are outrageous. They’re incompetent workers. They’re not plumbers. They’re handyman. I hired somebody named Will and another person, they don’t do the work right that’s all I can say Without getting into details. And then trying to get them back here takes weeks.
Ok – complaints filed with Discover Card, Better Business Bureau and Nassau County Dept. of Consumer Affairs. Also found several other people in the Levittown/Island Trees community that you also ripped off. They seem to be coming out of the wood work and I’m not surprised. Social Media can be a very powerful tool. Maybe if we all join together we can bring a class action lawsuit and expose you. Just know Bill Siccone you ripped off the wrong person for the last time.
