While we expected to find the superb Mirabelle restaurant transplanted to its new location, we were greatly surprised to find the menu and ambiance to be more reminiscent of a pub. The menus - prix fixe and standard - offer nice, limited choices, all prepared very well, plated properly, and served by young but knowledgeable folks. It's a small place, with tables a bit close, and noisy, but we're already talking about planning a return visit, so it must be great.
The tavern is a very nice spot to eat with some very good food choices. The cheese plate was very good, cheese served with a toasted raisin bread. The main courses provided variety, they also have prix fixe choice if you want to go for all the courses. I thought the service here just misses the mark in terms of not matching the ambience and food. I love this place!! You can go there for anything. Dressed up or dressed down...has a good bar as well!!
My husband and I got married at the Three Village Inn so we come back every year on our anniversary. We just love the whole atmosphere - we feel very at home & comfortable at Mirabelle Tavern. They also always have good beers on tap at the bar. The staff is very professional and courteous. Coming here for our anniversary is something I look forward to every year!
We always enjoy dining at the Tavern. Relaxed, casual atmosphere, and attentive, friendly service combine to provide the perfect setting for a dinner with your friends or family.
We are long time fans of Chef Guy and are sorry to see the high end part of the Restaurant go. The same menu is now served in both the Tavern & Mirabelle Restaurant. The food was great as always but you have to negotiate the menu carefully. Had the lobster dish and could have eaten 2 more it was that small. Yet the Steak Tartare was a good size, yummie. Will still go to eat there because we love it.
The food is delicious and well presented. The wait staff is friendly and concerned. We will definitely return. My dessert was on the house because it was my birthday. Thanks.
Food is excellent, and it can be a value because some of the small plates are quite satisfying.
