We had a 12:30 reservation for brunch. Three people, three simple orders. The room was mostly empty. By 1:30 when no food had arrived I went to speak to someone. Their excuse was they had s party of ten. They should have been able to accomodate everyone. Food arrived close to 2. No one ever came to refill water glasses or coffee or ask if we needed anything else. And they said they had run out of veggie burgers the day before but hadn’t bought/made more. I drove 1 1/2 hours from New York City to meet friends there. Hardly th... read more

When reserving on this site, I expected Mirabelle restaurant, not a loud bar. Upon arrival we were informed that they only open the restaurant on Weekends. There's no mention of this on their website or on here. We should have left. Instead we reluctantly accepted a table in the tavern. The bar was packed, the lone bartender was overwhelmed. The dining area was relatively empty but we waited for a table anyway with an eventual drink at the bar. There was only one server for the tavern. She was pleasant and seemingly efficien... read more

FOOD: Duck duo was disappointing. Duck Breast was lukewarm. Veggies that were served with Duck were lukewarm also. Ordered foie gras as appetizer and no Sauterne (perfect pairing) available! AMBIANCE: Sat us in Pub because main restaurant was not open - which was not brought to our attention when we made a reservation. Table for two was small and not so private. SERVICE: Was very good. Attentive waiter was very polite and accommodating. VALUE: Aside from problems mentioned above, price was typical for high value food which, ... read more

The dining room was totally empty on a Saturday night at 7:00 p.m. that should have foretold the story, but we pushed on. The service was very unpolished and amateurish and the food left a lot to be desired. The reviews for this place must be based on their wedding and event venue because they certainly don't reflect our dining experience. The bar seemed fun and somebody eating a burger seem to enjoy it and it looked good. Maybe we will just try the tavern next time , but we probably won't be back based on what we experience... read more

We were quite disappointed with the quality of food - from appetizers to main dishes to desserts. We had to wait for plates. Food was constantly running out. The service was average at best - especially when you realize that all they do was bring drinks and clear empty plates. The location and setting was great - but a buffet for 70 pp should be MUCH better.

VERY disappointed! Mirabelle is not the best restaurant but it was good enough to eat. Mother's Day Buffet: was $70 pp plus tax & gratuities paying additionally for drinks & coffee/tea after dinner. It was not busy. We thought we hit a home run. Unfortunately, many of the options were missing or there was not even enough for a single portion. The "hot" food was COLD! The Chicken Cacciatore was inedible as was the Swordfish. The Seafood Fra Diabolo was not good enough to finish either. There was over salted potatoes and veget... read more

I ordered the restaurant week special spinach ravioli which was inedible! The waiter said nothing when he returned to clear the table, just piled my husband’s empty plate on top of my full plate! So disinterested and so disappointing! Not, “ didn’t you like it” ? “Or need a box for that??” Nothing! Terrible service yet we tipped the correct amount. My hubby’s salmon was superb!

The service was very slow. We were the only ones there at first and it still took one hour to get our food after ordering. The waiter never checked back and asked if we needed any drinks while we were waiting.
