I have to say that this experience, from booking appointments to setting up the logistics, and most importantly the content, context, and the help provided to me by Mishi, my counselor, has been the best experience of my life. If there was an option to add a sixth star then I would absolutely add it. Mishi is fantastic in listening and applying CBT exercises into the mix to tackle life happenings from a fresh perspective. Her counseling has been top notch, and my experience with her has truly been life-changing. I'm extremely glad I've been able to work with Mishi!

I've had several therapists over the years, and while none of them were "bad", my therapy experience with Mishi has been the best I've ever had, by far. She's comforting, easy to talk with, and is available via "portal messaging" between visits if things come up. She also has a strong and seemingly natural grasp of where the therapy focus needs to go and asks questions that really make me think and reflect.
