Mishi is fantastic in listening and applying CBT exercises into the mix to tackle life happenings from a fresh perspective. Her counseling has been top notch, and my experience with her has truly been life-changing. I'm extremely glad I've been able to work with Mishi!
I've had several therapists over the years, and while none of them were "bad", my therapy experience with Mishi has been the best I've ever had, by far. She's comforting, easy to talk with, and is available via "portal messaging" between visits if things come up.
