Dr. Stephen Lee was wonderful!!! The staff was amazing!!! From setting up my appointments to my visits, there isn’t a single thing that was not great. Dr. Lee was very attentive to what was going on with me and NEVER once did I feel like I was just “another patient” to see and then push out the door. He truly was thorough with his evaluation. I had an excellent experience with this ENT office. From the moment I arrived, the staff was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly examined my ears, and clearly explained what was going on with my condition. Even though I received difficult news that my eardrum is significantly perforated and will require a referral to a specialist, the doctor was honest, compassionate, and reassuring throughout the visit. Well since you asked. My Dr recommended that I go see a ENT specialist to get my ear fix. I thought I was at the right place but all yall did was recommend somebody else. We had already been through what you guys did. Not to put down on yall, but I would have rather went to the right place the first time. It’s been several days and I still haven’t heard from the second recommended person.
Doctor was very attentive and professional. He performed the needed procedure to properly diagnose my condition. The audiologist was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. She assisted me with getting what I needed. I highly recommend this clinic!
The entire process to see Dr. Jeffcoat, as a new patient, was easy from beginning to end. After scheduling the appointment, there was multiple communications about my appointment. When I got there, I was called back within minutes after arriving. Dr. Jeffcoat was professional, friendly and thorough with his diagnosis. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
