I went in yesterday and saw Dr. Hines. The entire team was fantastic from the time I walked in the door. Thorough exam. The doctor listened to all of my WebMD shenanigans and was patient and explained this fully. Highly recommend.
I have weird poping and screeching in my ears, I let the doctor hear it and I was told everything is fine. That's not normal. Getting charged too much money for each visit I came to. Waste of money and no caring doctor. Had a scan done everything looked fine but this noise in my ear is unbearable sometimes.
I am not pleased on how you guys do the billing. I need the service to make sure everything is alright. But getting bill for 200 for a check up is ridiculous. Then when I come back you want 500 hundred for the first visit. All I am saying you could be more honest than that. And the reason why I am leaving you a bad review because you weren't honest. Not really sure how I feel. Was charged $368 without seeing a bill or knowing if my insurance was even run at all. When asked if I could pay part of it (you know like most doctors offices allow) the receptionist gave me the nastiest look and said I could do half. On top of that they never sent my two prescriptions in even after I called three times. The first two times I was told that yes they sent it in. Today was my first visit. From the front desk to the check out window was great. Everyone was so nice and respectful. Dr Fulcher is a gem. She made me feel at ease and thoroughly explained what my issues may be. It opened my eyes to some other issues I am having that may be connected. Thank you for taking care of me today.
