The entire process to see Dr. Jeffcoat, as a new patient, was easy from beginning to end. After scheduling the appointment, there was multiple communications about my appointment. When I got there, I was called back within minutes after arriving. Dr. Jeffcoat was professional, friendly and thorough with his diagnosis. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Well since you asked. My Dr recommended that I go see a ENT specialist to get my ear fix. I thought I was at the right place but all yall did was recommend somebody else. We had already been through what you guys did. Not to put down on yall, but I would have rather went to the right place the first time. It’s been several days and I still haven’t heard from the second recommended person.
If I could I would give it no stars. If you are black or a person of color please reconsider getting any medical treatment from here! I had a very disappointing experience at this ENT office in Flowood. My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM, but I waited almost two hours before being seen. There was no clear communication about the delay. I came in specifically for tonsil stone removal due to discomfort from large stones. Went there around a month ago due to crystals in my ear. All they did was have me do head exercises which didn’t help. Last time I had this problem I was in Erie pa and went to Shriners where they used a vibrator and it cleared the problem. When I mentioned it at Mississippi ear nose and throat they responded that they don’t do that procedure. On top of that I get an email saying my bill is past due.
