Dr. Stephen Lee was wonderful!!! The staff was amazing!!! From setting up my appointments to my visits, there isn’t a single thing that was not great. Dr. Lee was very attentive to what was going on with me and NEVER once did I feel like I was just “another patient” to see and then push out the door. He truly was thorough with his evaluation. I had an excellent experience with this ENT office. From the moment I arrived, the staff was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly examined my ears, and clearly explained what was going on with my condition. Even though I received difficult news that my eardrum is significantly perforated and will require a referral to a specialist, the doctor was honest, compassionate, and reassuring throughout the visit. Friendly staff. Scheduling was easy and got me right in. Dr. Hines was friendly and knowledgeable but I felt rushed with the time we had due to the number of patients he was serving at that time. Spent an hour in waiting and spent around 7 minutes with Dr. Hines. On a positive note, We did a hearing test and ruled out a few things then referred me to a neurotologist at Jackson Eagle Clinic. Well since you asked. My Dr recommended that I go see a ENT specialist to get my ear fix. I thought I was at the right place but all yall did was recommend somebody else. We had already been through what you guys did. Not to put down on yall, but I would have rather went to the right place the first time. It’s been several days and I still haven’t heard from the second recommended person.
First time visiting this clinic. I was seen in a very close time of my appointment. The receptionist was nice and professional. In meeting with the new doctor, Dr. Jeffcoat, I was very impressed with his willingness to listen, the questions he asked and the overall patient/doctor experience. My only regret is that I had not found this clinic much sooner!
