The wait was longer than the last time and I was charged $700 for 5 minutes. It was a follow up that I should have cancelled since my symptoms were better. On my first visit a scope was done down my throat which was $500. And a month later a light shown up my nose for $700. I won’t be back
Staff was lovely and very kind to patient. Doctor explained procedure very well and reduced fears of patient and family. Patient greatly enjoyed the popsicle, and was very grateful to all the people with whom she spoke post-op.
If I could I would give it no stars. If you are black or a person of color please reconsider getting any medical treatment from here! I had a very disappointing experience at this ENT office in Flowood. My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM, but I waited almost two hours before being seen. There was no clear communication about the delay. I came in specifically for tonsil stone removal due to discomfort from large stones. Dr. Hines did my tonsillectomy and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The surgery went flawlessly, the healing process was quick and much easier than I expected, and it completely resolved every issue I was dealing with beforehand. Dr. Hines was thorough, skilled, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!
